Anna Beeber Receives RWJF Grant

Assistant Professor Anna Song Beeber, PhD, RN, has been awarded a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Nurse Faculty Scholars grant. This grant is given to junior faculty who show outstanding promise as future leaders in academic nursing. Dr. Beeber is one of only 12 nursing faculty from around the country to receive the three-year $350,000 Nurse Faculty Scholar award this year. With her grant funding, Dr. Beeber will conduct a study examining the link among staffing, service delivery, and resident outcomes in residential care/assisted living to inform quality of care standards and future practice. Linda Cronenwett and Sheryl Zimmerman will serve as mentors.
